NCC Power Projects Limited is a Company involved in the development of 1320 MW Coal Based Thermal Power Project in Muthukur Mandal,Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh.
Coal will be transported from krishnapatnam Port to main plant site.
Project Overview
The project is being developed using super critical technology using 70% of indigenous coal and 30% imported coal.
Status
Land acquisition for main plant area completed.
Sea water drawl permission has been received.
Environmental Clearance obtained from MoEF New Delhi. Monitoring Report and Compliance conditions submitted to MoEF
CRZ Clearance obtained from MoEF for construction of Sea water Intake Outfall pipeline facilities, Bridge over Buckingham canal, Power evacuation Corridor and approach road from Painampuram.
