NCC Infrastructure Holidings Limited is setting up 4 x 660 MW coal based thermal power plant. The following personnel are required for Design and Engineering at their corporate office at Hyderabad. The brief job description is as below: 

To coordinate and to provide technical inputs to consultants and conduct technical scrutiny of all documents regarding, preparation of layouts DPR, tender specifications, tender evaluation, preparation of bill of materials, detailed design and engineering, scrutiny and approval of construction/manufacturer’s drawings, co-ordination with various manufacturers/vendors, inspection of equipment at vendor’s premises, co-ordination of site activities and to sort out field design and engineering bottlenecks. 

GM (Civil)

Job Description

  • Responsible for Planning, Supervision and co ordination with various contractors, consultants , suppliers for materials and equipments.
  • Responsible for quality assurance of all Civil, Hydro Mechanical works for timely completion of the projects, as per the schedule given by the management.
  • Co-ordination with the State Government/administration and locals.
  • Preparation of schedules and management information.
  • To ensure timely arrangements of all inputs required for the execution of the project, such as timely release of construction drawings, consumables, spares and construction materials.
  • To ensure safety measures.
  • Man and material management.

Desired Candidate Profile
The incumbent should have atleast 20 years of experience in execution of major project out of which atleast 7 years in execution of hydel project of atleast 50 MW capacity.

The incumbent would be responsible for the overall incharge of civil and hydro mechanical works of Himachal Sorang hydro electric plant located in Kinnaur district, about 150 KM from Shimla.

Assistant General Manager(Business Development)
Job Description

  • He should be responsible for Business Development in power sector.
  • He should have to prepare financial model for any sector in power.
  • Exposure to regulation, policies of the power sector in India.
  • He should have to develop techno-commercial viability plan and proposals for power plant across India.
  • Responsible for Business Development including deal origination to management of the power projects acquisition process (deal identification, technical/financial/legal due diligence, development and negotiation of term sheets, investment memorandum, presentation of the proposal to the investment committee for funding approval, identification of co-investors, definitive agreements, and management of closing and post closing issues).
  • Identify and forge strategic alliances with potential partners in the power sector.

  • Coordinating activities for the identification of training needs of employees for upgrading their technical skills.

The incumbent shall have strong experience background in maintenance, Supervision and widening of roads (mainly hill roads) will be preferred.

Job Description

  • Planning, scheduling, executing and monitoring of PTTL (Pondicherry Tindivanam Toll way) project.
  • Supervising and coordinating the toll collection, personnel & operations for one or more Recommending personnel, policy and procedural changes and actions to facilitate the accomplishment of overall authority goals and objectives.
  • Reviewing, approving and maintaining time sheets, leave requests, disciplinary actions and other actions for subordinate personnel.
  • Providing technical and administrative leadership to subordinate supervisors and through them to toll operations.
  • Scheduling work of subordinate personnel to ensure adequate coverage; authorizing overtime and approving the time charges to ensure overtime is not misused.
  • Interviewing applicants for vacancies in toll plaza; reviewing applicants and recommending selections.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To co-ordinate various activities pertaining to the on-going DRBs and Arbitration Cases as and when entrusted by the Management.
  • Liaise with various Techno-Legal Consultants and Counsels appointed for various Arbitration/Court cases as decided and discussed with VP Contract.
  • Undertake any other task relating to Contract Management, DRBs, Arbitration/Court Cases as also extend help in resolving various Contract Management issues pertaining to any of the Projects, as and when required by the Management.

AGM (Corporate Law)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and contracts like concession agreements, MoU's, share holder’s agreements.
  • Responsible for guiding the project team on legal matters of on-going projects.
  • Handle any in-house legalities preparation and review of term sheets.
  • Studying the bid documents and identifying the potential risk areas.
